How did you gain experience when you were a student?
Principles of passion, purpose, and a philosophy of giving have always guided my path to meaningful work. During my undergraduate years, I immersed myself in experiences, from volunteering on campus and in the community to joining business clubs. My education emphasized experiential learning, which provided invaluable opportunities to develop leadership skills and practical knowledge through collaborations with other students, businesses, and campus departments. Initially focused on a corporate career in HR or as a training specialist, an internship in Admissions sparked my passion for helping others, leading me to pivot toward Higher Education.
How did you become a career development professional?

I then earned a master’s degree in education, which prepared me for new roles.
