Job Description

Do you thrive on creating meaningful change and engaging with differing perspectives? Join our Phase I oncology team for the summer of 2026 to help shape the future of inclusive clinical trials. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support initiatives that amplifies REACH (Representation and Equity, Access to Clinical trial and Health) focus areas and goals, build partnerships with study teams, and implement strategies to ensure that our clinical trials reflect the populations it serves. Passion for this work is essential, as it drives success in this challenging space.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support Study Teams: provide project management to study teams that are piloting new REACH workstreams and best practices.

• Team Coordination: Project Coordinator for the REACH Focus areas and workstreams including maintain and organize agenda items for the REACH team and advisory council, support the workstream deliverables.

• Data and Metrics Tracking: Capture and analyze key metrics to measure progress and impact.

• Design a simple, user-friendly tracker and/or dashboard to track progress across study teams.

• Research and Writing: Conduct research and help draft white papers that showcase REACH work, share insights, and document best practices. Develop guidance documents and processes to standardize inclusion efforts across studies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student seeking a degree in Public Health, Biology, Sociology, Business, or another related discipline.

• Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027

• This role requires someone who is driven, committed, and genuinely excited about improving patient and site experience in clinical research.

• Business mindset and excellent communication, leadership, project management, problem solving, and analytical skills

• Microsoft Excel or other database experience is a plus
