The Role You are the mastermind who makes every tour depart on time with the right guide, captain, crew, bus, and equipment—every single day. Working from our Juneau nerve center, you’ll build and adjust real-time schedules for drivers, guides, boat captains, deckhands, and support staff across Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, and Sitka, ensuring thousands of guests move seamlessly from cruise ships to whales, glaciers, rafts, and salmon bakes. - Work closely with Transportation Manager, Operations Managers, and Front Desk teams
- Monitor tour manifest accuracy and ensure proper guide/crew briefings
- Maintain detailed records of schedules, changes, and staffing compliance

- Valid driver’s license and clean record
What We Offer
