Bussers at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. are efficient, team-oriented, and focused on creating a positive dining experience for guests. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization within the brewery and assisting servers to ensure fast and friendly service.
Responsibilities:
- Clear tables and promptly reset for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the brewery, including sweeping and tidying up
- Assist servers with food and beverage deliveries
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and a clean dining environment
- Work closely with kitchen staff to keep things running smoothly
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Team-oriented and good communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
