Career Coaching
Most colleges and system campuses offer one-on-one career coaching (career coaches may also be called career counselors, consultants, or something similar). Coaches can discuss career exploration and decision making, experiential learning (like internships or research), learning abroad, job search, graduate school, and more.
Career coaches are trained to help you discover your unique skills, interests, and values and how you want to use them in your life and career. They are dedicated staff to help you explore your career goals.
Remember, it is NOT necessary to have a career area in mind before you speak with someone, and it may take more than one visit to work through all of your options.
To schedule an appointment with a career counselor, connect with your college or campuses career services office.
