Malik is the Youth Advancement Director at the Muncie YMCA. In addition to his main responsibility of scheduling, staffing, and coordinating the youth sports program in Muncie, Malik is also charged with running both summer camp and day camp as well as being “on call” to offer assistance to both children and their parents.
